What this means for our investors is that their capital gets deployed immediately from Day 1 and they start earning interest straight way.

Our aim is to provide debt funding for construction development projects with stable and sustainable growth potential. Our projects give investors access to investment opportunities that may not necessarily be available on the public market.
Additionally, our investment vehicles allow us to compete with private lenders and non-banks by offering commercial mortgages to clients at more competitive rates.
INVESTMENT SECURITY
No surprises.
AusCity Capital invests in a mix of investments which are 100% asset backed and predominantly focused on short term finance secured by Australian commercial property. The Fund is structured as a peer-to-peer lending facility and aims to provide investors with monthly income distributions or a capitalised interest period. These terms will be dependent on the duration of construction for different projects, or completed buildings and land bank projects but typically range between 12-24 months. Each project will be structured as a sub trust for ease of accounting and distribution.
It is important to note that each investment is deal-specific meaning that our investors are provided with detailed summary for each specific project as opposed to a pooled investment scheme where there could be some under-performing assets being shielded by higher performing assets. This approach provides our investors with peace of mind, security and no-surprises when it comes to expected returns.
